Pizza Varieties

For Dough, use either THIS traditional dough (must be made a day in advance) or THIS cracker crust recipe (no yeast, can be made just ahead of using).

Some favorite combinations:

Garlic and chili infused olive oil, Prosciutto, mozzarella, arugula tossed in lemon and olive oil (added after pizza comes out and is cut)

White Pizza: mayo base, topped with parboiled small potatoes: sliced, caramelized or grilled ring onions, sharp cheddar or mozzarella, rosemary and a bit of lemon zest or a drizzle of balsamic.
