Between the Sheets

Right when we started making cocktails, and researching more for our home bar, this was one that fit right in, it contained only ingredients we had on hand and was easy to make. I loved it, and it became a staple.

Between the Sheets:

3/4 oz gin

3/4 oz cognac

3/4 oz orange liqueur

3/4 oz lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice, strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with lemon peel.
