The Bijou
Here's another brand new drink to the Andersons. It should be no secret: once we began to respect chartreuse, we wanted to have a small canon of recipes at the ready. This is one of those.
The Bijou:
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 green chartreuse
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dash orange bitters
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass
